What are my first steps into getting in touch with someone about scheduling?

The first step is to get in contact with us - fill out our contact form today to get started!

Once it's confirmed that we have a therapist available that matches your needs, we will send you a link to create your patient portal with Simple Practice.

I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still be seen?

Often times you are able to log into your insurance profile page to download your insurance card! 

Visit our insurance tab to find your insurance provider to be redirected to their website!

How much will my copayment be?

Your insurance will set your co-payment rate. This rate depends on whether or not your therapist is in-network with your insurance or not.

Confidentiality is one of the most important details in the therapeutic relationship. It's a paramount detail when you come into the office, knowing you can share without fear of anyone else finding out. 

Though we pride ourselves in upholding confidentiality, there are specific times when we are bound by laws to break confidentiality.

What will happen during the first appointment?

During the first appointment, you will meet your therapist and they will introduce themselves. Next, together you will complete an initial assessment; much like the new client information you filled out online. 
During this time, you'll be able to review important details that will help shape future therapy sessions.
