We accept most of the major insurance providers.

If you don’t see your plan on our coverage list? Call your insurance company today to get information about in-network providers and your coverage.

If you are not using insurance, we charge $150 per session. If you are paying with cash or if we are an out-of-network provider, please view our good faith statement by clicking HERE.

We offer a sliding fee scale for those that need it. Please fill out attached form and email it to counseling@kzta.org.

Our business policy for no-shows and late cancellation is after the second no-show or late cancellation, you will be charged a $50 fee.
