I come from a background of working within the K-12 school district in offering high level support to students and their families. I value incorporation of a safe and interactive environment for clients to unpack sensitive subjects of depression, anxiety, and deeply rooted unhealthy thinking patterns. I work successfully with youth and families through a holistic, person centered lens to encourage the development of healthy relationships and overall client well-being.
