Hi, I am Mariah and I enjoy working with teens and young adults, guiding them through the difficult challenges they face. I have a background working with children on the autism spectrum. I believe that each individual has the strength to persevere through the challenges in life. I am here to support and guide you towards your goals in counseling. I use an integrative approach using person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy and other approaches. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety and depression as well as an array of concerns.
