Hi! I’m Meredith. I am making the transition from school counselor into private practice to help better support our young people as they discover their true selves, especially those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you are seeking support through anxiety, depression, relationships, big life decisions or little changes, discovering your true authentic self gives you the confidence you need to help yourself. I like to work using person-centered, strength-based therapy supporting clients through each individual journey. I enjoy working with teens, young adults and adults.
